The hotel location is very convenient near shopping areas and good restaurants. the staff was polite and friendly. They provided us with free tea, coffee, and water in the room. the breakfast had a good selection of pastries, bread, and cereals to start the day. the room was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep.
Our room was dirty, dusty, and smelly of cigarettes. the bathroom needed a refurb.

Had a great experience during my Xmas stay. Really loved the fact that the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, small shops, and a big supermarket. It was so easy to explore the area and find everything I needed. The restaurant in the hotel had decent food at reasonable prices, which was a pleasant surprise. , the service was good enough, and the staff was helpful.
It was dusty and dirty, with a strong smell of cigarettes. the safe box was not working and dirty.

The location is perfect as it is very close to the city center and Kent Park. It is easy to rent a taxi or a car, or even walk to the city center or the park. There are also restaurants, small shops, and a big supermarket nearby.
Nothing not to love.
